Unable to log into Sky sports app on phone or iPad.

unable to log into to sky sports via the tv on the go app.

continues to say video unavailable. Have been waiting 5 days for the support team to get in touch.

using 15.2 software, iPad & iPhone 12.

it is nothing to do with our browser as we can get videos on sky sports, just blocked on live sports. All good until 18th December.
