Unable to access "Manage Sky Devices"

I'm hoping someone can assist.  A few days ago trying to watch Sky Sports (Hooray Scotland!) on laptop, I got message that maximum number of devices were in use.  This didn't make sense to me.

So, to understand why limit (2) reached, I want to check my sky registered devices.  HOWEVER, I am unable to access the "management page" to review and check.  I can attached a screenshot of the error message if that helps.  I've tried a number of times on different days, with the same result.

The link I tried, as advised by Virgin webpage, is below.  This did not work for me.

Can anyone assist on how/where I can get access to manage my devices to watch Sky Sports ?

Help me please, as I cannot access a service you recommend to manage my devices to watch Sky Sports ?

Also, when did it change from 2 streaming devices to  1? and why was I (as a very longstanding customer) not advised of this change ?

Thank you for coming back to us, the device changes were made by Sky themselves and this is only 1 device at a time watching Sky sports or movies.

I completely forget every couple of years that the Virgin-Sky tie up is allergic to Google Chrome.  Took the advice in this thread to use my mobile data.  Logged directly on to the URL manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices in duckduckgo and got through to add my new phone.   Which now works.

forgot to say in previous post - I also cleared the skysports app cache and data - it must have brought info through smartswitch from the old phone.

I've just added Sky Sports to my TV package yesterday and trying to register iMac/iPad but if I go to manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices

I get 'the server where this page is located isn't responding'.

If I try logging in through Sky I get:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/" on this server.

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome back, ry to hear your having issues with managing your Sky devices, I will be more than happy to look into this for you, I have had a look at your account and can see the Sports were only added less than 24 hours before your post and can take up to 48 hours to update.

the link http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices still doesn't work in Google Chrome but is fine in Opera.  Haven't tested any other browsers.

 

still waiting for a solution for hotspots on Android 11 though

Managed to get onto the Sky Devices page in Chrome and Opera but Safari doesn't work. I still can't access live sport on the app as I still get the Access Denied message but I will be a little more patient.
