Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've having an issue logging in to the apps. Can you please let us know which app you are trying to sign in to? Also what is the error message you are getting?

Please don't send a private message to Forum Staff unless requested.
In terms of the error you are getting, please try logging in to My VM and resetting your password. You can do this following these steps: My Virgin Media > Sign in > Enter email address and password > My Profile > Change password
Once you've done this, please try logging in to TV Go again for me and let me know how you get on via this community thread.

I'm just trying to speed up this process, and get your assistance.
I've taken you advise, and completed the task of changing the password.
It has made no difference. I'm able to login the website but still get the same message on the app
What do you suggest next?

We appreciate you trying to change the password, albeit without success. Can we ask if you have tried to uninstall and re-install the TVGO app?
Have you also downloaded the app on another device to see if this works?
