Hmm unable to login on various devices sounds like an account issue. Seems like they need to provision access for you somehow.

You should wait for someone from VM to pop in, could take a day or two, they'll be able to check your account.

Where are you getting stuck?

Are you able to download the app from the app store and install it?

Are you able to open the app and log in with your primary Virgin Media credentials?

Have you tried on a different device? iPhone or Android?

Tried different phones all android

Can't even login online on chrome or Edge

Just keeps saying try later

I am sorry to hear you are unable to log in to TV GO, I can see you posted about this a while back and we PM'd you where we are unable to help with this? 

Do you have a screenshot of the error message?
