What device are you using?
Any problems on other devices?
Is it a Chromecast by any chance as this is not officailly supported by VM.
If it's a Chromecast please try using a browser and going to
https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en.html also try it with http:// instead of https://
Also make sure your browser is up to date, especially if it's Chrome as this has been known to cause problems on Chromebooks (There was an updated Chrome released last week)
You should also try other browsers.

Thanks for response. It was my android phone. Turned everything off and on and it solved it. As our American cousins say 'go figure'.
