I keep getting the same error message. 

Sorry - this isn’t available Oops - the service isn’t available at the moment. Try again in a few minutes.

I've been trying for hours. The same failure on all IOS devices. Not used app for almost a year but version is up to date. Doesn’t  matter if using WiFi or mobile data.

Cannot even sign in. Checked account email and password are correct.

Any suggestions please

Sorry, the resolution is going to require access to the account and therefore needs to be taken privately.  If you wish to share the resolution once we have fixed this for you, that's great.

nah, cos my muppet mate doesn’t have a Tv package (he’s only got broadband)

the Virgin guy was super quick and efficient though

Hi H1uams,

The TV Go app has been updated and only works on the following now

To use Virgin TV Go, your mobile or tablet will need to be:

  • Android 5.1 or later
  • iOS 11 or later

NOTE: Virgin TV Go is not available on Amazon Fire devices

If you are on an earlier version of IOS you need to try and update IOS to at least version 11 or it won't work

We’re using iOS 12 & 13.

Having the same issue on my iPhone running IOS  14.0.1

working fine yesterday (Saturday) but this morning nothing but the

Same here. iPad, iOS 13.7, app up to date. Was working fine yesterday.

I’m still having the same problem, 24 hours on after trying multiple times. Deleted the app from all devices and reinstalled on one but no joy. I don’t remember having this problem when the app was tv anywhere.

Where is the reply from Virgin, they get worse by the day
