Trying to sign in on tv go it's saying use a valid email, the email is my on my vigin account and works except on tv go.tried reinstalling several times to no avail. Can anyone help.

Is it the same log in you are using for your online account, are you able to log in there with no issues?

No issues logging into online account, using same to log into TV go and won't recognise my email..
