Can't download anything can watch in the app but message says unable to download.

Have happily downloaded before

Hi blackadams,

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear you're unable to download any programmes on our TVGO app.

Can we ask what programmes you're trying to download? We only ask as there may be restrictions on the programme your trying to download.

Also, what device are you using? Are you able to try an alternative device and try and download on there?

Please try the above and come back to us for further assistance if needed.

I am trying to download a mix of things however I now cannot download anything including

Bull

New amsterdam 

Which I have downloaded before.

It will let me watch but not now download

Am using my Samsung s9 which has worked happily until now

Please can you ensure that your phone is on the latest operating software as this may affect it.

Hi 

Phone is on latest software update

Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

When I try to download still says unable to download.

This has not been an issue before 

 

Please can you let me know what show you are trying to download?

Some shows do not let you download it due to licensing? Thanks

I have contacted the relevant department today to see if those programmes are subject to licencing restrictions.
