Has anyone managed to login to the virgin tv go app? Doesn’t seem to recognise my valid login details for my virgin media account. Forum is full of people having the same problem but no solution given by virgin media.

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when logging in to the TV Go app. 

Can you please try logging in via a browser to see if you have the same issue? 

Also, if you have your login details saves to your device, please also ensure that they are up to date with the details you use when logging in to your My Virgin Media account.

• Tried to login using safari browser but says user name or password incorrect. I can log into my virgin media account so login details are not incorrect. Something wrong with virgin tv go, it is impossible to login with the app or browser
