So I have the Virgin go app but when I open it,it says I need to upgrade my package but I have the ultimate oomph package so it should included.

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue getting the TV Go app to work. In order to help, can you please answer the following?:

  • What channel is it that you're trying to access? 
  • Have you used TV Go on this device previously? 
  • Are you able to access the channel on your TV box?

It’s any channel or even on demand on there,I have every channel on my tv box and I haven’t yet used the app I’ve only had the account 15 days… Thankyou for responding
