I have just downloaded the tv go app on to my chrome book. I can play tv but all series and movies are coming up with error code -2032 and won't play.

I am sorry to hear of the TV Go issue. Is this happening on WiFi or Ethernet, or both?

Hi derek189, 

Thanks for coming back to us on this and confirming this is happening when connecting via WiFi. 

I know you have mentioned the error code above, is there a message that comes up too or is it only the code that is shown? 

In the meantime, make sure when trying to watch the content you are not using a browser in Private or Incognito mode as this can stop the stream from happening. Can you let us know the following:

  • What browser are you using?
  • Does it work when using a different browser?
  • Has the device been registered previously?
  • Have you successfully played content on this device before?
