Too many devices?

 have been watching Virgin TV Go on the same laptop using the same browser, however every time I do it tells me I have to register the device although I have already previously done so. Now it says I have no more device changes and so cannot watch, even though the two devices registered are the laptop that I am trying to watch on, I am also using the same browser. Any ideas?
