Hi
My partner is using the TvGo app on his mobile phone. When he tries to watch Sky Sports Main event it says maximum devices reached but he can watch Sky Sports Mix it goes in automatically! Can you please delete all devices as I’ve seen others have done this.

Sky Sports Mix isn't actually part of the Sky Sports package, so I wouldn't expect it to come under the same device limit.
SS-Mix-SD is part of the older Mix bundle, and currently the "Sport Lite" personal pick
SS-Mix-HD is part of Full-House/Maxit.

Hi I seem to be suffering with a common fault which isn't allowing me to watch tv on my laptop. It keeps saying I have too many devices, despite me only using 2. Thanks
