Hi,
sometimes I’m getting the error of being unable to play anything on the Virgin TV go app. This is infuriating. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
Am I missing something? Is there a fix/workaround?
this is for streaming content on any channels that I subscribe to (which is every one, except starz). Live TV is fine, it’s a problem when wanting to stream/download.
Using latest apple devices, with all software updates/latest versions.
Please someone help!

If you can provide any specific examples, others may be able to check.
However, the error message "this can only be played on your TV box" is a self-explanatory one, and is often related to licence conditions on particular channels and/or programmes.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with TVGO, as japitts has advised this could be down to licensing issues.
Are you able to provide any examples?
