I have a laptop and iphone registered and use both no problem  Been to spain and when i came back my laptop is registered 4 times and now i cant use either.I never changed the device. Whats the answer to resolve it

Done that no change. It tells me I have to change a device. When I try it shows a list of 3 "My computer-Google Chrome" and my ipad with the option to replace. I don't want to replace my ipad and I don't know which is my laptop,
