The TV remote app on my I phone is asking for a login . Never asked previously.
When I log in I am taken to the VM home page but no way to access the remote app.
Any fix please?

Hi @paul243,
Thank you for your post. You would be expected to log into your account when you open up and use the app.
What happens if you go back to the app after you've logged in?

Please read my post again.
When I log in using my log in to "My Virgin Media" as requested when opening the app , I get a home page but no way of navigating to the remote app. Never had to log in previously.
If it's required to enter an e-mail and password every time to use the remote then it's surely not fit for purpose!? Programme will be finished!

I am sorry for the issues with this.
Can you please confirm when you last accessed it? After 14 days of use it will ask you to re log in again.
Do you currently have a V6 or a TiVo box? Are you using the Tv control app or the Tv go app?

Have now deleted an re-installed the (TV Control) app and it's working.
However, I repeat, signing in takes me to the VM home page with no way of navigating to the control app.
