out of nowhere I’m being asked to upgrade my package. Any idea why? Absolutely nothing has changed - package the same, iPad and iPhone the same etc. Just have this message when last week everything worked fine. Help!!

I'm so sorry to hear you're facing some issues using Virgin TV Go. Are these ongoing today? If so, what TV package are you subscribed to? Is this message only appearing on certain channels/content, or on whatever you try to watch?
