TV go app catch up problem

I was able to choose catch up programmes via the app to watch on the tv, now that option is gone and I don't know how to get it back. The catch up icon is showing for the programme I want to watch. And I can get to it manually through the tv guide but not from search and not before yesterday evening. Yesterday evening the app asked me if I wanted to activate catch up (even though I'd already been watching catch up) I pressed 'OK' and so I don't know if that's when the problem started or how to undo that action. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum page and thanks for posting this. Sorry to hear you're having some issues and can appreciate this is not ideal, but will do my best to assist you. 

 

Firstly, how are things today? Does the catch up icon still go when you want to watch it from the TV? 

 

Is it just one specific programme this happens to or is it multiple? 

 

Have you also reset the actual TV box to see if this does anything at all?
