Been going on for over a year . they ask for examples so you provide it but never gets fixed. we no longer use it now, just  another product that`s not fit for purpose.

Re: TV anywhere audio & video keep looping back & repeating

This has just started to happen to us, looping streaming via TV Anywhere today on my Mac (Safari) and yesterday with Sky Sports on Windows 10 laptop (IE 11), located in B33 B'ham.  Never had an issue before yesterday, this does make tv unwatchable via streaming.  I have not had any issues streaming radio or YouTube, and my kids have not reported issues with VOIP via facebook or facetime.  TV Streaming is the only service with an issue.

Re: TV anywhere audio & video keep looping back & repeating

I feel that not enough people are posting about this.  The "TV anywhere" title is a joke.  It is unwatchable on every channel with a jump forward or a jump back every 10 seconds.  I am not impressed with the service, the updates and the resolution of any issues.  If anyone has any ideas to solve please post. However I fear that it is just an App that doesn't work and is a million miles behind its competitors.

Is there a fix for this yet?

I am having the same problem, using a high spec laptop, and 200 meg internet!

Re: TV anywhere audio & video keep looping back & repeating

Trying to watch the indycar quali and the stream repeats a 1 second segment every 10 seconds on a mac.  This is a joke, how can you have been running this service for years and it is STILL broken.

I'm going to have to find an alternative stream, so thanks a lot Virgin.

Re: TV anywhere audio & video keep looping back & repeating

Hi guys,

Apologies for the issues you have been faced with over the last few months Smiley Sad

The team have been making changes in the background to resolve this over the last few weeks.

Whilst general reports of this are reducing, we are still seeing a few coming through so I've fed this back to the teams.

Once we have any updates we'll be in touch to let you know.

Apologies again.

Thanks,
