For the last few days, my V6 TV control app won’t let me sign in. Same failure message keeps appearing…please try again later
Anybody else with same? Any advice much appreciated.

Hi Pamdor thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.
I am sorry to hear that you're unable to access the TV control app. Please can you advise if you're currently able to access your online account? Is your software fully up to date on your handset? Also have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Hi Lee thanks for reply, I'm able to access oline account ok. Also ios software is latest. I've also deleted app and installed a few times now.
Also VM tch support updated my device quota but didn't work either.
So any other suggestions most appreciated
