After purchasing a Virgin TV Package, how long does it take until you are able to access TV On The Go?

Currently we are getting "not allowed"

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

When changing your TV package, the TV Go service should update within 24 hours but in most cases it is instant. If the change to your service involves new equipment, your TV tier will not update until this is installed as it is usually processed as one order. 

Have you been able to access the channel that you were getting the message on since your last post?
