TV Go

I recently changed from sky to virgin (2 months) and I have been unable to watch sports or movies since I changed even though my device is registered. VERY FRUSTRATING. Every time I try I get a message saying I need to upgrade my subscription. Seriously thinking of going back to sky.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your TV go service and I can appreciate you're keen to get this resolved as soon as possible.

 

Have you tried signing out and signing back in again?

 

Are you able to use it on any other devices?
