I have teh oomph package and haven't accessed Sky Sports for a while. Today, when I try to access, I get a message saying that I'm either outside fo the territory or I haven't used the service in my home territory for more than 30 days. I haven't accessed Sky Sports for a while - how do I resolve this?

Moto G6 Plus. Android. V9.
I go into TV Go, select, say, F1, exit to watch (from Virgin to Sky) and I get a Sky Sports "Live" screen which is frozen... that's it. Always used to work?

Thanks for the details, sorry to hear you are still unable to watch Sky Sports on your mobile. Can you try rebooting your handset for me and let me know if this improves things?

Rebooted, still the same until I tried closing the Sky app and, after a bit of screen flicker, it seems to have worked.
