I have teh oomph package and haven't accessed Sky Sports for a while. Today, when I try to access, I get a message saying that I'm either outside fo the territory or I haven't used the service in my home territory for more than 30 days. I haven't accessed Sky Sports for a while - how do I resolve this?

You should be able to access it if you are in the UK.
If you are using VPN software, or a VPN browser extension then you will need to turn it off.

Haven't checked the laptop connection yet but I can't connect to Sky Sport on my mobile...when I try, the link takes me to Sky Sports Live but with a frozen screen. No button to connect via Virgin UK?
