TV Go thinks I am not in Uk. Whereas bbc I player and sky all work on my iPad. Virgin thinks Cornwall is

Am Trying to use Virgin TV Go in Cornwall UK on iPad using wi fi here. BBC I Player and Sky Sports both work. But TV Go (virgin package costs a fortune) says it only works in UK.

don’t seem to be able to contact anyone to sort it out.

Are you using a VPN?

Whose WiFi are you using - what's the underlying broadband ISP?

Thanks for response. Yes am using Vpn and its a hotel WiFi. But sky sports and BBC I player work OK.

Try disabling the VPN and connect directly
