TV Go on Mac won't play recorded programmes from TV360 box

I've just switched to Virgin and trying to get everything setup.

I can run TV Go on my ipad and play a recorded programme from my TV360 box with no problem.

I try to do the same on my Apple Macbbok Pro running Big Sur 11.6.2 (which is on the same network at home as the iPad). I can find the recording but when I select it, i only get two icons: "Edit" and "Watch on TV". There is no option to watch the programme on the Mac itself.

Can someone please advise what I need to do to be able to play a recorded programme on the Mac?

For macOS the supported option is the TV Go website for streaming Live TV and On Demand but doesn't support watching recordings.

Watching recordings is only supported on the iOS TV Go app on iPhone or iPad, and on equivalent Android mobile devices.

Thanks for the swift response. I have to say that is very disappointing. Do you know what plans there are to rectify this?
