TV Go will play live TV but no on demand (box sets etc). Using on laptop via web address, signed in and saved items, watchlists etc all appear but on pressing watch nothing happens - no error message.

Thanks for sticking with us on this one.
Do you have any security software installed on the device? This could be creating an issue. To rule this out please disable any antivirus software you have on the device currently, try and access the content and then let us know the outcome.
As this is fine on the iPhone device, it rules out an account issue as this would happen on all devices otherwise.
We can say this is likely to be something to do with the PC device itself, it's just a case of figuring out what 🙂
