I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble watching this series. I just to need to make sure if you're experiencing issue with watching on your TV box or with you Virgin TV Go app?
If you're having issues watching this with your TV box, Please check first if there's any issue listed in our service status page by clicking here? Have you tried rebooting the box to see if it helps? Just let us know.
If you're having issue with your Virgin TV Go app, you may try the following:
1. Please try to sign out and sign back in using the app.
2. Try to delete and reinstall the app
3. You can check it using a different device to see if it works there.
If problem persists, just let know so we can further check your account if needed and identify any issues there maybe.
