TV Go - cannot play on demand

Hi there, I’m on full ooomph package but when using TV GO I can only watch live TV. I cannot view anything from on Demand. The play button isn’t even thete.  A little frustrating as I’m in a hotel for a few days. Any ideas? PS, I’ve tried several devices

Thanks Ash, apologies for the delay, suffering with a bout of flu 😰. I tried it on the work laptop this morning & it works. I then went to my iPad & redownloaded as I had deleted it again & that works now. I’ll try my families devices later. I wonder what has changed?
