I just got Virgin Media. I installed the TV GO app but I'm unable to sign in.

This is the error I'm getting "Oops that hasn't worked.

Sorry we can't sign you in right now. Please try again in a few minutes.

Have tried on 2 phones and a tablet with the same result.

I can sign in to my Virgin Media account without any problems.

Tried uninstalling the app. Still the same result.

Cleared the cache. Still no luck.

There seems to be a lot of people with the same problem but I have not come across a solution.

Anyone have the answer.

Hi @Mynameisstu 

It's possible that because you've only just got VM installed that it may take  a couple of days for the systems to update befroe the TVGO app will recognise you.

Sorry that you have had to query the Tv Go App.

Can I just ask if you are still getting the same error message?

Yes I am still getting the same message.

Giving it time to update through the system seems to be a possible solution but so far it's still not allowing me to sign in.

Hello @Mynameisstu,

Thanks for coming back and confirming this.

Can you please try clearing cache and cookies on your devices? Then uninstalling and re-installing the TV go app?

Have you tried it on different devices to see if it works?

Yes I did that before but tried your procedure again on 2 mobiles and a tablet.

Still the same result.
