TV Go - Unable to unregister a device

Hi, I have two devices registered - a mobile and an ipad. I don't want the phone registered anymore but I see no options to allow me to unregister, and also I don't see how many days I have left before I get another chance to unregister. 

I see that others have been having this problem too. Are issues being handled on a case by case basis?

Just a thought, what happens when you select a TV channel to watch?  Not seeing Days Remaining usually means both slots are available for replacing.

 

This all presupposes that you have a new device in mind to use!

Thanks! Feeling silly now as I had tried to resolve this for days and it didn't occur to me that the fact that the days had disappeared meant I could switch device.
