Hi,
live used tv go on my iPad for a while, yesterday it asked me to sign in, I did but received
“Oops - the service isn't available at the moment. Try again in a few minutes.”
I tried several times, to no avail
i uninstalled and reinstalled, still no joy
ive tried it on my iPhone and it works fine
any ideas?

Try disabling and then re-enabling WiFi, that has worked for me with this type of error message

Tried that, even restarted my iPad, still the same issue

Also tried using my iPhone as a hotspot to elimate ant network issues
my iPhone work with no issues, my iPad doesn’t , both on the latest OS and app

I am very sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your TV Go service.
Can you please try removing the app from your device as well as the app data and then reinstall?
