TV Go Maximum Devices Reached

I have just tried to log into the TV Go site on my laptop, and it has asked my three times in a row to replace a device as I had reached the maximum number. Each time I replaced the same device (this laptop) it just asked me to do it again.

After three attempts, it said I was out of changes for the month, so I still can't watch TV.

Please could my devices be reset so that I can start this whole sorry process again.

I think you need to go through the pain of calling Virgin Media and asking them to reset your device list and changes. Like everything nowadays, works great most of the time but when it doesn't work it's a real PITA to resolve.
