I have just tried to log into the TV Go site on my laptop, and it has asked my three times in a row to replace a device as I had reached the maximum number. Each time I replaced the same device (this laptop) it just asked me to do it again.
After three attempts, it said I was out of changes for the month, so I still can't watch TV.
Please could my devices be reset so that I can start this whole sorry process again.
