Hi,
I have been trying to login to the TV GO app but it keeps saying that I need to input a valid email address. The email that I am using is fine when I login to my Virgin Media account , so why does this error occur?
I am trying login with my Samung Android tablet
Can anyone help please

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with the TV Go app, are you able to login to the web baser version of the TV GO app here?
Please could you try to remove and re-install the app?
Are you able to try to login in on a different device?
