TV Go App not working on iPad

Yet again TV Go app has stopped working on iPad 'sorry - this isn't available'. It worked fine yesterday. It works on the iPhone. Any ideas? Immensely frustrating

Just to clarify, when using the iPad and accessing TV Go via web, does it provide the same error message as the app- Saying not available in this region. Also is your iPad connected to your home network just as your other devices?

When I go to the Web page I try to sign in and it sends me straight to the app and same message comes up and the I pad is connected to the same network as the phones

Can you please try uninstalling the app and accessing TV go vi weblink only and let me know if the issue persists?

Me too. I contacted the chief exec via email. Had a call yesterday 13/11/21, and it still doesn’t work on ANY apple device. No one has a clue. Going round in circles is making me dizzy.
