TV Go Access Problems

Just joined VirginMedia and I'm unable to access TV Go, I keep getting an error message when I sign in saying that I need to use my main user account and not a sub-account. I only have 1 account. Spent 20 minutes on the phone to them this evening to tell them the problem and after being pushed around 3 different teams, they said that my account had been reset and to try to sign again in 10 minutes. Guess what, same problem. Can someone please help me

@npafc, just to clarify, you only have that one email address linked to your account. And it's a VirginMedia email address?

I wasn’t aware or told that I needed a VirginMedia email address. I’ll add one now and amend my account settings and have another try. Thanks.
