I can't log in to TV Go app either on my iPhone or my iPad using my Virginmedia login email and password.
The app gives a message that I cannot login with a sub-account and need to use a main user account.
This is the same issue as reported here by another community member where the solution was solved by escalation to the IT team:
Please could you help to resolve as it is incredibly frustrating to be able to login to my VirginMedia account online but not use the same credentials with TV Go. This seems to be a bug.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've had with logging into your Tv Go app.
Can you confirm if the devices have the latest software for the device and app itself?
