TV GO Registered devices

Hi 

I upgraded my package today, and now I can’t use TV GO on my iPad. This device is still listed as registered but it says I have to wait 12 days to make a change. I have not made any device changes for months. 

I spoke to Virgin Media and was told I’ll just have to wait until the 1st, that can’t be right surely.

many thanks for your help with this matter, as today is the first day of the month I could change my registered devices.
