I've been searching for this issue and can find a lot on here but they all seem quite old and wasn't exactly the same, the issue is on the TV go app I'm unable to watch certain things on demand and it prompts me to ring the sales team to upgrade ,
On the ones I've noticed I can watch say for example series 3 but series 4 asks me to upgrade although I am able to watch them on the home box , is it a bug in the app or a known issue ?
