TV GO Not working

Please help as my TV GO will not work on my mobile ( Video Unavailable) or on my Mac anyone help

The app works on most programs but will not work on Sky Sports on either my I Phone or Mac

You should use the Sky Sports app to watch Sky sports and sign in with your VM credentials.

There have been a few issues lately though with people using the Sky Sports app and ios devices.

Make sure you aren't using a VPN (even via a virus protection program)

Thanks seen my Norton app had turned on a VPN and tried it and ok
