TV GO has stopped working.
Live TV and Guide - Message: "Not entitled To watch this you need to upgrade your Virgin TV package"
Box Sets etc. - Message: "To watch this you need to upgrade your Virgin TV package"
I haven't moved house.
I have recently changed the router to a Hub 3.
Logout/login doesn't work.
Re-installing the app doesn't work.
Is there any solution for this that I can give to customer support, or, preferably, a fix that doesn't involve calling customer support at all?
And now it's working again!
Perhaps TVGo could be added to the "Service Status" on the Virgin Media website.
