This morning I am not able to watch any of my recorded programmes on the GO APP!
Every programme I try to watch I get this message….
This recording is stored on your Virgin TV Box. To start watching, make sure you are connected to the same home network as the box and that the box is switched on.
Both of my boxes (main and mini) ARE switched on and both are connected to the same home network.
I have run diagnostics on both boxes.
I am also able to watch Live TV on the App and search box sets etc.
Could this be due to the clocks changing? With Virgin Media who knows…..

I have exactly the same problem with one of my iPads. On my wife’s iPad I can play recordings but without any sound 😵💫

This happens on my iPad and my Samsung phone.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App which made no difference.
I use the app on my iPad a lot as I don’t sleep very well.
My relatives who have Sky get no problems like this, seriously thinking of changing.
Takes ages to get through to VM on the phone.

It looks like my problem is that the CPE IP says unknown.
How do I get an IP address in this field?

It’s the same on my Samsung phone.
I have uninstalled the app on both devices and re-installed them and still have the same problem.

Same here CPE IP says unknown, cannot watch any recordings on the iPad, was all working fine the other day!
