Most of the time this doesn't work. It either says connecting - but never does - or says my iPad and the V6 need to be on the same network- which they are! I have tried turning off the WiFi and reinstalling the app but no success.
Thanks for the suggestion. We don't have a hub 3 - ours is the previous model so this may make a difference. Our V6 box is downstairs and our hub is upstairs so the connection has to be Wifi. After I redid the settings on the Virgin app it has been working better( touch wood!)
