I have logged in, I am connected, I can see listings but when I click watch live the stream loading symbol comes up and nothing else happens. None of the live programmes work.
I have tried it on both Firefox and MS Edge on my Windows 10 PC.

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear you've been having problems with TV Anywhere.
How is your PC connected, are you using a wired or wireless connection?
I would recommend rebooting the hub and Virgin box and testing it again.

I am using a wired connection with Virgin cable broadband and I have tried rebooting the hub and the box a couple of times. It still does not work.

I'd like you to try registering TV Anywhere using Internet Explorer to see if it makes any difference.
I had something similar a few weeks back, in Firefox go into addons/plugins and check that Flash is set to "Always activate"

Thanks pujro, that seems to have fixed it.
Thanks "Flash always activate" fixed my problem as well. It insisted on a device change then for some reason even though same profile and same browser but working now.
