Hi I have been trying to watch tv anywhere on my macbook pro (using safari and google chrome).

No video appears, instead on safari I see a small blue square with a question mark in it. I have updated flash player to the latest version.

Have you tried an alternative browser at all to see if this works for you?

Hi yes I have used chrome and safari to no avail. Still not able to view.

Apologies I have also tried firefox. are these browsers not compatible?

64-bit browsers stopped working for me a few weeks back. I had to switch to Firefox 53 (32-bit), then delete & re-register the device to get it working again.
