Devices for Sky movies & sports are managed separately. Sounds like you need to delete & re-register the device, this might be due to a change of OS or browser.
http://anywhere.virginmedia.com/settings/devices/sky/Delete the device then try streaming again. It should register automatically.
If you are out of device changes, you'll need to phone up or wait until 1st Jan.
If you phone up & ask nicely, they will give you an extra change. Just make sure you are clear that you need any additional SKY device, not a TVA device change.
No help whatsoever ever, still no further forward and only going round in a perpetual loop of no help/success, no tvanywhere access.
It's pathetic, every time you sign into watch it seems to throw a paddy and make you register a new device.
Just had to delete old Ipad to create new one and its stopped the PC watching now.
Same **** with everything virgin, just makes hard work of an easy task.
