Subtitles on iPad streaming

hiya - anyone know how to turn off subtitles for all streaming please? When streaming from TiVo box to my iPad subtitles on all shows now (since last week) and Inhabe to manually turn off each show every time I go into it. Settings just shows fave channels not subtitle options.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the subtitles on the TV Go app. 

Can you please visit settings and then preferences on the app? You should be able to update this from there.
