Exciting times! I look forward to reporting baxk on if its fixed for me too... once virgin have fixed the fault with ALL the services in the SE264 area that they've said won't be until at least the 3rd! Please can you keep this thread open a bit longer please, just I'm case? Guess I'll start another thread about how they can use the wrong underground cables and cause an outage that really disrupts peoples lives!
Finally been able to switch my Pixel C back onto the device list (does anyone else find only two devices particularly restrictive?)
Anyhow, I was looking forward to testing the improved service with subtitles in English instead of Cantonese but I've yet to find anything with subtitles. Where have all the subtitled programmes gone? All the programmes I have recorded and in 'My Shows' on my V6 box have subtitles which display fine on the TV but the option to display them on the tablet has gone. It's not really an improvement over a language that I don't understand to have nothing at all.
