Hi can anyone help me. I am getting this message when I am trying to watch any of my recordings at home on my iPad and iPhone on the tv control app.
Streaming not permitted
Restrictions apply - this programme can only be watched when you are connected to your home network.
I am connected tiling my home bb and it is recordings from channel 4/5 itv W film 4 Id

I don't use my VM Hub as a router so can't help - but if you login to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) and there should be a section listing all the devices connected to your router.

Are both your TiVo/V6 & mobile device on the same subnet within your router? Each device connected will have a unique IP in the range 192.168.0/1.xyz - the xyz can and will differ, everything else must match.
This is how the "at home" restriction on multiroom streaming is enforced.

I don’t know how to check can you please advise me. I never used to have the issue but I haven’t used it for about 2 years.
