Hi I am trying to veryify a new email that was set up so I can reset my password and get onto virgin go. I keep getting the same message

I tried later .. and later .. and later

Sorry to hear you are having technical issues. Regarding TV Go, these sign in details are the same as your Virgin Media online account log in details. Are you using these to sign in?

Its a new email I registered it today I don’t have a password for anything not used online virgin since 2005

Yes. Really really frustrating and they are ignoring me now I sent email reply to tel them it’s not working
